Procurement Manager (Sept - Oct 2013)
I worked for seven weeks as the procurement manager of a restaurant on campus. I learned Computrition well and how to manage ordering and receiving of goods. I also helped carry out a theme day. This included creating a whole new set of recipes for the menu (such as the steak and mango salad featured on the right). We recipe tested these items and did a taste panel with about 40 participants to fine tune them. We decorated the entire seating area and served almost twice as many customers as usual on this day.
